Great credit history 

Income $100,000/year or higher (median income at MacDill is $106,983/annually) 

Background check – no issues, already checked by the military

Lease 6 months to one year (or more upon request) 

Will consider buying YOUR HOME with VA mortgage at lease end 

Evictions are rare -Veterans and MacDill AFB earn above median incomes, and are Federally background checked for their security clearances

Here’s how our Military and Veteran Program works: 

We find AND screen the tenants FOR you  

We run credit and background checks at NO COST to you 

We  do Tenant Placement and Screening Only – there are NO ongoing property management fees or contracts 

We assist with move-in and move-out as needed upon lease start and lease termination 

Our Tenant Placement fee is one month’s rent – after that the rent is 100% yours to keep  

We ONLY get paid after the successful execution of the lease, to a well-qualified tenant, and the tenant’s funds have cleared the bank.
