And if you’re wondering about an area, just ask! (and if you’re looking in Orlando, Miami, or Jacksonville, please call a local agent in those areas, we are Experts in Tampa Bay, but we have to limit our areas or we wouldn’t be Experts, right?)

We do 110% of the work to get you a place in Tampa Bay, that includes doing research on school districts, local things to do, if the home is close to a marina or golf course, you name it, we get it done and do it right. we put in 110% of the effort to make sure you get what you want in Florida, so don’t be shy, tell us what YOU want! Our team of agents has a total of more than 238 years of experience, and you can relax and just enjoy the experience, we got this!

From knowing what areas are good, and knowing the other local brokers with property listings, to making offers, going in contract and closing the sale, we go this!

We have an in-house mortgage brokerage, if you need to inquire about financing. We tend to excel with conventional mortgage, 2nd home mortgages, and VA mortgages. We can also refer you to other lenders around town if you prefer, so just ask if your curious what we can do on the mortgage end of things.

We Buy, Sell and List properties for sale and rent

If we are the listing agent for a rental, or if it’s one of my own properties, then we can assist with finding you a rental at no upfront charge to you!

If you need us to find you a rental on the MLS that is someone else’s listing, we can do it, and we collect a retainer of $1495, as rental listings pay little or nothing from the listing agent.

Your retainer allows us to give your rental search our full attention, and we will preview the rental, do a Facetime video call while we are at the property, and conduct due diligence on both the property and surrounding area.

We can give you our opinion of the area, the school districts, local attractions and things to do – all the things you can really see if you’re 1400 miles away looking at homes on the internet. Consider us your “boots on the ground in the Tampa Bay area)
